Aristotle Explorations Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates Thiggle. This policy explains how we handle personal information through thiggle.com, our messaging assistant, and related services.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Thiggle and the permissions you grant, we collect account and contact details, messages and materials you provide, connected-account information, task inputs and results, conversation history, preferences, and memories. We also collect technical and usage information, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, cookies, and service logs. Information may come from you, your use of Thiggle, connected services, or other people who interact with Thiggle.

How we use information

We use information to operate Thiggle, complete requests, personalize assistance, maintain context and memory, provide support, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

We may also use information, including conversations, task inputs and outputs, feedback, and usage information, to develop, evaluate, fine-tune, and train AI models and improve our products and technologies. We may work with service providers for these purposes, subject to applicable law, required consent, and restrictions governing the information, including the Google-data restrictions below.

How we share information

We share information with providers supporting messaging, AI processing, hosting, storage, sandbox execution, browser automation, and other service operations. Personnel and providers may access information for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable restrictions.

When Thiggle carries out requests, it may exchange relevant information with connected services, websites, merchants, or other recipients. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle information they receive. We may also disclose information for legal compliance, security, protection of rights, or a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to applicable restrictions.

In group conversations, Thiggle may receive messages and participant information, including information about people without Thiggle accounts. Content shared in a group is available to its participants, who may retain their own copies.

Google-connected information

If you connect Google, we access information within the permissions you authorize, such as profile information, Gmail messages and attachments, and Calendar events, to provide or improve the user-facing features you use. Our use and transfer of information received through Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

These restrictions also cover derived information and take precedence over broader provisions in this policy. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train or improve generalized or shared AI models. Any use for a model personalized specifically to you must remain within Google's permitted uses.

Human review is limited to your agreement to inspect specific information, security purposes, legal compliance, or internal operations using aggregated and anonymized information. Transfers are limited to authorized user-facing features, security, legal compliance, or a business transfer with your prior explicit consent. You can revoke access through your Google account settings and contact us about deletion of information previously collected.

Retention and your rights

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Retention depends on the type of information, your use of Thiggle, ongoing needs for history and memory, and legal and security requirements.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. We may need to verify your identity, and legal exceptions may apply.

Processing locations and policy updates

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we and our providers operate, subject to applicable law.

We may update this policy as Thiggle develops. We will update the revision date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
